Since our first harvest in 1995 Santa Barbara Pistachio Company has produced the highest quality all natural pistachios available. That means we do things different from other pistachio purveyors:

	We only sell what we grow.
	We are the only pistachio grower producing organic US Fancy Grade Pistachios (the highest grade).
	We brine our pistachios with wholesome ingredients instead of spraying on flavor
	We hot air dry, rather that flame roast, our pistachios at low temperatures to retain their natural buttery flavor and nutritional value
	We hand sort and pack our pistachios daily to make sure they are farm fresh when you receive them
